Overview

Tasa is a visual task manager for local businesses with multilingual teams — hospitality, cleaning, construction, rentals and more. Instead of long written instructions, work becomes pictures, checklists and photo proof, with built-in translation for everyone on the team.

What I did

As Head of Design I led product and UX/UI design across web and mobile, built the design system that keeps the apps consistent, and designed the website.

• Two views of the same work: a detailed manager dashboard and a simple staff app.
• Picture-based tasks with photo proof of completion.
• Translation of tasks, comments and chat, built in.
